• 3-5 years of experience in a service advisory or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Insurance licensing required
• Series 65 required

This position requires you possess the following skills:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, providing exceptional client service and building trust
• Conduct regular client meetings to review accounts, discuss strategies, and address financial goals
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with industry regulations
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Salary:

• $70,000 - $100,000

Benefits:

• 401k after 1 year
• Medical, Dental, Vision - after 90 days

Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am – 6pm
• In office days are Tuesday-Thursday, Monday and Friday are remote
