- 3-5 years of experience in a service advisory or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Insurance licensing required
- Series 65 required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
- Excellent communication; both verbal and written
- Self-directed initiative
- Process driven
- Strong follow-through
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, providing exceptional client service and building trust
- Conduct regular client meetings to review accounts, discuss strategies, and address financial goals
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with industry regulations
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- $70,000 - $100,000
- 401k after 1 year
- Medical, Dental, Vision - after 90 days
- PTO
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am – 6pm
- In office days are Tuesday-Thursday, Monday and Friday are remote
