Job title : Senior Graphic Designer Job Location : KwaZulu-Natal, Durban Deadline : February 27, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Key Responsibilities: - Concept Development & Design Leadership: Lead the creative development and execution of design concepts, from ideation to delivery.
- Campaign Execution: Design integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, OOH (out-of-home), and in-store touchpoints.
- Retail Brand Consistency: Maintain brand standards across all visual materials while adapting to campaign-specific needs.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with account managers and clients to understand their objectives and create tailored design solutions.
- E-Commerce & Digital Design: Develop engaging visuals for e-commerce platforms, online ads, product pages, and digital campaigns.
- In-Store Design & POS: Create in-store signage, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and window concepts to enhance the retail experience.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and elevating the overall creative output of the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts.
- Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the design process.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about design trends, retail innovations, and competitor activity to keep work relevant.

Required Skills & Experience: - Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and integrated campaigns.
- Advanced Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma.
- Branding & Visual Identity: Ability to create visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Creative Concepting: Skilled in developing innovative design concepts and translating them into impactful campaigns.
- Multi-Platform Design: Experience creating designs for digital, social media, print, and in-store materials.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for quality and precision, even under pressure.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting work to clients and stakeholders, explaining design decisions effectively.
- BONUS: Retail Experience: Strong background in designing for retail brands, across both traditional and digital media.
Desirable Attributes: - Motion graphics or video design skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
