We are now looking for a Trainer & Consulting Practice Lead to drive leadership development and OKR training while playing a key role in business expansion and brand growth. Role Overview: This role is a blend of leadership training, consulting, and business development . The individual will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, consulting with clients to implement OKRs and leadership development strategies, and expanding Atlas Learning’s reach through client acquisition, networking, and thought leadership. We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and growth-oriented professional who is hungry to learn, build, and lead in the leadership training and consulting space. Key Responsibilities:1. Client Development & Business Growth (20%)
- Generate and develop new business leads for leadership and OKR training programs.
- Network and build strong relationships with senior leaders and HR decision-makers.
- Proactively engage in client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions to grow the business.
- Identify client needs and propose customized learning solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to create client engagement strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs, OKR training, and strategic consulting sessions.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership off-sites, and OKR coaching sessions for various levels of management.
- Ensure training programs are practical, engaging, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Continuously improve learning content based on industry trends, research, and participant feedback.
- Serve as an OKR and leadership development expert, advising organizations on strategy execution and performance alignment.
- Work closely with senior leaders to help implement OKRs effectively across organizations.
- Conduct research and stay updated on leadership trends, strategic planning frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Publish insights, articles, and thought leadership content to enhance brand credibility.
- Represent Atlas Learning in industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
- Build a strong personal brand as a leadership and strategy expert.
- Contribute to Atlas Learning’s marketing, social media presence, and brand positioning efforts.
- Work on continuous improvements and innovations in training methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior trainers in leadership and OKR methodologies.
- Contribute to internal capacity building and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support the overall growth and operational excellence of Atlas Learning.
- MBA preferred (specialization in HR, Strategy, Leadership, or Organizational Development is a plus).
- 7 to 15 years of experience in leadership training, strategy consulting, or organizational development.
- Strong expertise in OKRs, leadership development, and business strategy .
- Proven track record in business development, networking, and client engagement .
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to organizational challenges.
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and training programs.
- Hybrid Model : (Post probation period) 5 days working from the founder’s home office in Dahisar East, 1 days remote. (negotiable)
- Travel: Candidates must be open to domestic and international travel for client engagements.
- Saturdays: 1st and 3rd Saturdays Off (could change based on client/work needs)
- Probation: 6 months probation before transitioning to a full-time leadership role based on performance.
