  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to:
    • develop project documentation including timelines, budgets and resource requirements, and ensure they are aligned with company and Change Program strategic objectives.
    • identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure teams have the necessary tools, resources, and support to execute their work effectively.
  • Manage project progress, identify and manage or escalate issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Act as a conduit between technical resources, program management, product management and executive stakeholders to promote alignment.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including internal staff and contractors, and external scheme participants and partners.
  • Key selection criteria:
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes using Agile methodologies in a complex and dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements that meet the needs of the company and its stakeholders.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and to develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning, and the ability to promote a positive culture of innovation and agility within teams.
    • Understanding of or ability to acquire understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and the ability to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
