Talent Acquisition Manager – Contact Center (Bulk Hiring)

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment for our contact center operations. Role Description: In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet business needs. Your expertise in bulk hiring, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement will be key to our continued success. Key responsibilities:- Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to recruit contact center agents at scale.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessment centers, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to align recruitment plans with workforce needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
- Manage relationships with universities, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment for contact centers or similar environments.
- Hands-on experience in talent sourcing strategies, tracking applications, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience implementing DEI recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet hiring deadlines and recruitment cycles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track hiring performance.
