Plant/Site: Wacol Date Posted: 5 Feb 2025 About the Role Primo Foods are recruiting for an Export Operations Supervisor to join the team in Wacol, Brisbane. This role coordinates all aspects of an order from the start of production to the final dispatch. It is primarily an internally focused role to ensure our customers’ order requirements are fulfilled in regards to every aspect. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining register of all regulatory requirements of Australia; Customs, importing countries and customer specific needs
2. Liaising with Government Authorities for inspection of containers
3. Management and issuing of all government labels.
4. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices

About you:

1. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG environment
2. Experience in export documentation and Government Regulations
3. Degree educated is preferred but not mandatory
4. Proficient in delivering high quality customer & client service
5. Competent in the use of Primo softwares and proficient in Microsoft Office products
6. Great listening and interaction skills
7. Ability to proficiently manage projects
