About the Role

We’re seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our South Brisbane team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced therapist , this role is tailored to suit your career stage. You’ll provide high-quality, client-centred therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, with opportunities to specialise in areas of your interest or work across a diverse caseload. Services are delivered in-clinic and in community settings, giving you flexibility and variety in your role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients of all ages.
  • Deliver client-centred therapy across diverse areas (e.g., early intervention, AAC, dysphagia, articulation, literacy).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including senior Speech Pathologists, to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for clients, families, and funding bodies.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals through capacity-building interventions.
  • Participate in professional development through in-house and external training opportunities.

About You

To succeed, you’ll need:
  • A Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
  • Current membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA ).
  • A passion for empowering clients to achieve their goals.
