Job Description What a Head of Managed Services does at Visa: Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is growing rapidly in Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific. The purpose of this role is to lead and grow the Managed Services practice AuNZSP. This will include leading the development of the following capabilities:
- Grow and optimise the Managed Services practice that will help our client’s execute marketing campaigns, build new technology solutions, launch new products, implement operational changes and provide other embedded resource support. Incubate and grow new Managed Services practice areas to drive growth based on market/client demand and in collaboration with other functional leaders and regional teams.
- Support the Account Executives (AEs) and Client Advisory leads to drive business development and growth of the Managed Services business.
- Develop and implement new Managed Services operating models that will enable Visa to meet a broader set of our clients needs. This should include but is not limited to an optimal location strategy, new pricing structures, shared service delivery models and varying service levels.
- Inspire and motivate a large team of greater than 100 people (and growing) – often seated at client sites - to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and establishing a high performing culture. Set up team for future, sustainable growth through development of organizational strategies, hiring and onboarding frameworks/approaches, support infrastructures, growth pathways, etc.
- Build strong partnerships with in-market and regional leadership team members including (but not limited to) VCA, Product, Marketing, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, Technology, Client Services. Leverage partnerships to identify new opportunities for VMS and Visa, build collaboration models to support VMS execution teams, and build new use cases.
- Establish a network of partners to support talent sourcing and management of external contractors. Ensure optimal partnership structure, including commercial structures for Visa.
- Oversee high quality operational excellence, including financial forecasting, compliance, operational process management and business ethics.
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the Head of Managed Services will report to the Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics, Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific and will be a key member of the AP VCA Managed Services Leadership Team led by the AP Head of Managed Services.
- Lead the rapidly growing and largest managed services business for Visa globally.

- Extensive and broad managed services experience preferably within payments or the tech space.

- Ability to innovate to develop new service lines.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team focused on achieving broader business outcomes.
