The Reporting and Insights Specialist will play a critical role in Harrier, ensuring continuous improvement, systems optimisation, reporting, and insights across our portfolio of customers and our organisation. Our successful Reporting and Insights Specialist will:

• Partner with our Harrier Talent Acquisition (TA) customer teams to service ad-hoc requests and deliver market data and insights.
• Present detailed reporting dashboards for senior stakeholder groups and hiring communities.
• Focus on economic, market, and competitor intelligence to support workforce planning for Harrier and for our customers.
• Create engaging reports and dashboards in Power BI that tell a clear story.
• Discuss labour market analysis in the context of the customers’ needs.
• Provide predictive analytics.

Flexibility is promoted at Harrier and our customers also embrace this; with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment. Remote working is also a consideration for the right candidate. The Reporting and Insights Specialist will possess:

• 4+ years data analytics and reporting experience, ideally from talent/people related business.
• Power BI, Python, and Excel are some of your best friends, and you can present to senior stakeholders confidently through PowerPoint presentations.
• Data extraction expertise via ATS or HRIS, with the ability to extract and analyse data sets.
• Ability to present trends and insights based on market data, research, and competitor insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with our Harrier leaders and broader business communities.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and the ability to have detailed discussions regarding economic and labour market analysis in the context of the customer landscape.
