We are working with a superb CA firm, who have a new vacancy for an Intermediate - Senior Auditor. Our client is a key player in the accounting marketplace and continue to go from strength to strength. This role is based in their Christchurch office. Roles like these are rare and do not come around often. This firm has a stable team and this position has only become available due to company growth. You will be joining a firm that has developed a terrific workplace culture. The successful candidate will be someone who is both able to add to this culture and be passionate about what the company does and stands for. They hold their morals and ethics in high regard and are all about helping people. Our client is based in an ideal Christchurch location, with modern, purpose-built offices. They are looking for someone with at least a couple of years of prior audit experience who is enthusiastic and motivated to progress their career - the firm provides regular progression opportunities within the business. Being the right culture fit is paramount to this firm, both to fit in within the team itself but also to perform the role to a high ability, with lots of interactions being made with their clients.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years audit experience
- Previous work experience within a New Zealand firm
- CA qualification (or at least nearing completion of this qualification)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both fellow staff and clients
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational / time management skills
