About the Role: In this role, you'll manage online range, pricing, promotions, and content while identifying new revenue opportunities through category expansion and partnerships, along with:

• Online Category Strategy: Develop and execute online category strategies in collaboration with Merchandising and ECommerce leadership.
• Product Selection & Range: Define the online product range, including brand extensions and online-exclusive offerings.
• Revenue & Margin Growth: Drive online sales, optimise margin strategies, and achieve budgeted revenue and EBIT targets.
• Trading Insights & Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to optimize online trading performance.
• Omni Digital Strategy Execution: Implement eCommerce trading and merchandising initiatives as part of the broader digital strategy.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong vendor relationships to drive revenue growth and explore new opportunities.
• Product Taxonomy & Site Navigation: Optimise product categorization and navigation to enhance customer experience and financial performance.
• Leadership & Capability Building: Foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members, and enhance eCommerce expertise.

About You:

• eCommerce Expertise: 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Trading, Merchandising, Merchandising Strategy.
• Proven Sales Growth: Track record of achieving online sales targets and driving growth through eCommerce initiatives.
• Digital & Performance Merchandising: Skilled in digital practices, business reporting, and performance-driven merchandising.
• eCommerce Platform Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of eCommerce platforms and functionalities.
• Basic Coding Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, with the ability to read and understand code; compilation skills are a plus.
• Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Strong business mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic decisions.
