Summary:
- Position: Lead Distribution Design Engineer
- Location: Melbourne, VIC

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs and deliverables for OH and UG projects.
- Lead and mentor graduate and junior engineers.
- Coordinate project execution and align stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure and enhance quality assurance processes for all team projects.
- Supervise the preparation and compilation of relevant documentation to support design.
About you:
- Proven track record of leading a team of electrical design engineers
- Local DNSP standards experience desirable (VIC)
- 3+ years’ relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in GIS software
- Overhead and Underground Design Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Valid Full Driver's License
