- Report on workplace performances in the forms of daily site reports, monthly activity reporting & weekly safety reports
- Drive continuous improvement and safety culture across all sites.
- An unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
- Must hold an Electrical Contractors Licence and assume this responsibility for the Asset Management business.
- Previous multi-site management experience
- Analytical, technical and diagnosis experience
- Successful completion of the Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor competency units and legislation exam
- Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferrable.
- Strong computer literacy skills and exposure to maintenance CRMs
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders on all levels.
- Above all, an outstanding attitude and culture of safety, care and professionalism
