This position is eligible for a Multi-Disciplinary Allowance. The Team: Youth Mental Health Hospital in the Home Do you want to make a difference in the lives of young people and their families? Would you like to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing intensive mental health care within a young person’s home? Then come join our new Youth Mental Health Hospital in the Home (Y-HiTH) service! The CYMHS Y-HiTH is a new service for the North West region based in Devonport. The Role: As part of a multidisciplinary youth mental health service (16-25 years of age) delivering high quality mental health care and, in accordance with Mental Health Service principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies, the Allied Health Professional will:

  • Undertake the delivery of quality care with young people and their families/significant others to the Youth Mental Health Hospital in the Home (Y-HiTH), based on best practice principles, person centred, recovery oriented and trauma informed care, within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.
