We are a printing and graphics company in the USA, looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead/Manager who can maintain and manage our websites. This job requires remote work from home, third shift and Mon thru Saturday . Your job responsibilities will be as follows:
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keyword research
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Develop and optimize search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines and social media platforms
- Optimize performance of existing PPC (pay per click) campaigns
- Manage budgets and bidding of CPC (cost per click) keywords within multiple paid search campaigns
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Plan and implement SEM campaigns. Grow successful and profitable search engine marketing traffic acquisition opportunities
- Develop, expand and optimize campaigns & ad groups, keyword lists, improve ad copy titles and descriptions
- Desire to stay on top of competitors' strategies and keyword portfolios
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify our user persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
- Work with the development team to properly implement SEO best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
Job Specification
Required Skills:- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive attitudes
- Demonstrated detail-orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools including Google Search Console and BrightEdge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience working within a CMS-driven website (WordPress)
