Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer for Wuzzuf and Forasna.  Someone world-class with solid experience in complex products (UX and UI). Your work will impact 7 million users and growing.  We've already helped 1 MILLION get placed in jobs and we are aiming for our next 10 million. Do you obsess over user experience? We're on the hunt for a talented  Senior UX Designer to join our growing product. You'll be a champion for our users, leading research, crafting killer designs, and collaborating with rockstar developers and product managers to create experiences that amaze. Here's what you'll get to do:

• Dive deep into user research (surveys, interviews, testing) to uncover user needs and frustrations.
• Craft user personas, user flows, and sitemaps to guide the design process.
• Design beautiful, user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that make using our product a breeze.
• Be the UX champion, fostering a user-centric mindset within the team.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure a seamless user journey from start to finish.
• Stay on top of the latest UX trends and best practices (because knowledge is power!)

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5-7 years of UX design experience or a similar role.
• A proven track record of leading user research initiatives.
• Embraces user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Is a master of wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, you name it!).
• Can communicate, collaborate, and present like a boss.
• Has a burning passion for creating user-friendly experiences that delight.

• A portfolio that showcases your design process and past projects (we love to see it!).
• Experience working in an agile development environment (high fives for agility!).
