Duties and responsibilities: The Sales Operations plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by developing and implementing internal-facing sales enablement tools and resources. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure the Sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge, materials, and processes to execute strategies (plays) effectively. Your primary goal will be to empower the Sales team to exceed their targets and provide outstanding service to our customers. Job Responsibilities Outcomes and Activities:
- Sales Enablement Tool Development: Design, create, and maintain internal-facing sales enablement tools, including playbooks, sales scripts, training materials, and resources. These tools will be tailored to address the unique needs of the subprime auto finance industry and help Sales representatives excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand the specific plays required to achieve business objectives. Provide the Sales team with the resources and guidance necessary to successfully execute these plays in the field.
- Gather feedback from Sales representatives in the field and work with cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of existing plays. Refine and enhance play materials based on real-world feedback to continuously improve sales performance and results.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate Sales team members on the effective use of sales enablement tools and play materials.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and play materials. Provide regular reports and insights to Sales and Operations leadership to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a centralized repository for all sales enablement content, ensuring easy access for Sales team members and facilitating seamless updates and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our Sales team.
- Proven experience (2 years or more) in sales or sales operations enablement, preferably in the property management, real estate, or related industry.
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions and a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and methodologies.
- Past experience building sales metrics and models (e.g. pipeline and forecast models).
- Excellent organizational abilities with event and a keen attention to detail, particularly in event planning and execution.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications are a plus.
