Senior accountant- GL

Job Description

Review all accounting transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers and GL accounts. Prepare & confirm accounts reconciliations with related parties Responsible for monthly closing in the ERP-Odoo. Review periodical tax reconciliation with tax authority. Prepare salaries journal entry. Reconciling accounts with the general ledger. Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct. Ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items. Review the list of raw materials used for each product (Bill of Material) and ensure that it matches the manufacturing process and compare the standard cost with the actual cost and state the reasons in case unmatched. Compare the actual waste ratios with the standard and determine any deviation in raw materials and determine the remaining balances of raw materials. Follow up and analyze the balances of raw materials under external operation and compare them with what was actually consumed for production and reduce the remainder from the supplier's account until it is returned to the store. Prepare payments of rent and utilities, follow up rent and serves' invoices from malls and ensure it according contract. Follow up and record the fixed assets register and make the necessary entries.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial environment. - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial systems. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate reports. - Proficiency in accounting software and financial toolsJob Responsibilities: - Enhance the effectiveness of the sales team by analyzing performance and providing recommendations. - Full familiar with Odoo ERP is a MUST
