Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Leader (AVP/VP/Partner) located in Bengaluru at Purple Quarter. The role involves developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue. Qualifications
- 8+ years of Proven experience in SAAS Sales is mandatory
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Experience in the Search or Consulting industry is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputed institute is preferred
