Position Responsibilities
1. Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, consolidate, and manage data related to sustainability metrics across various business units and operations.
- Perform comprehensive analysis on sustainability data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop recommendations and support decision-making processes.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc sustainability reports for internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
- Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), progress, and achievements related to sustainability initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's sustainability strategy, goals, and targets.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business operations, supply chain, and product development.
- Lead and support the execution of sustainability projects, programs, and initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability action plans.
- Lead efforts to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote sustainable procurement practices.
- Build relationships with internal teams, external partners, regulatory bodies, and industry groups to stay informed about best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in sustainability.
- Represent the organization in sustainability-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Science, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
- Prior experience in successfully managing or leading sustainability-related projects/ projects with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with implementing project initiatives within organizations or across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with environmental certifications or tools such as carbon footprint calculators, ESG reporting platforms, or energy monitoring systems.
