We work closely with founders, directors, and entrepreneurs to build world-class brands that stand out, blending business acumen with creative design. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.   Responsibilities:

• Create marketing calendar and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Define the most important social media KPIs, build dashboards, collect customer data and analyse interactions to measure and improve performance
• Coordinate with clients/brands weekly to make sure they are onboard and up to date with the project progress
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including Copywriters, Graphic Designers and the Production team
• Conceptualise, Ideate and implement new out of the box ideas to get an advantage over competitors
• Think long-term and strategically to understand brands and connect with the brand’s true audience

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Brand management.
• Experience with audience and buyer persona research
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Proven ability to build social media communities
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
• In-depth Understanding of social media KPIs
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
