What You’ll Be Doing Guiding & Convincing – Speak with parents who are interested in our music programs, answer their questions, and help them make the best decision for their child’s musical journey. Closing Sales Like a Pro – Convert leads into enrollments by explaining the value of our courses in an engaging and compelling way. Building Relationships – Follow up with parents, understand their needs, and provide solutions that work for them. Owning the Sales Process – Manage calls, emails, and chats with potential customers and track conversions. Collaboration & Teamwork – Work with marketing and operations to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students. Achieving Sales Targets – Challenge yourself to hit and exceed sales goals (and get rewarded for it!). What We’re Looking For Experience in Sales or Customer Service – If you’ve worked in sales before, great! If not, a strong customer-centric approach works too. Excellent Communication Skills – English fluency is a must. Bonus points if you can connect well with diverse audiences. Confidence & Charisma – You should be able to engage parents and make them feel excited about enrolling their kids. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
