Come, join the pack! About the role/Job overview: The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) plays a critical leadership role within the organization, driving innovation, growth, and strategic direction. This individual will work closely with the executive team and other key stakeholders to explore new opportunities, identify growth strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. The EIR will be responsible for making high-level decisions on both strategic and operational matters, while also managing marketing, and administrative aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on leader with a strong entrepreneurial mind-set who can pivot across various roles within the company to ensure its continued success. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Growth/Strategic initiatives:

  • Seek out and explore new business directions, opportunities, and strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Lead the identification and development of new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Think of launching new categories and establishing new channel partners.
  • Make final decisions on strategic and high-impact operational matters, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision & key business problems and bringing them to closures before moving on to the next one.
Leadership & Decision Making:
  • Provide visionary leadership that inspires teams across all departments.
  • Lead the charge on new initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
  • Run multiple experiments to identify insights around categories, channels and customers.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, Internal teams, categories, channels ensuring the company's interests are represented and pursued effectively.
Project Management :
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams like supply chain, revenue, customer support, marketing etc. to successfully deliver outcomes.
Innovation & Product Development:
  • Drive the research and development of new products or services to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new launches.
Experimentation & Innovation :
  • Run multiple experiments to identify insights around categories, channels and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven track record of handling complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, with a hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Expertise in business development, marketing, and brand building
  • Fresher to 4 years of experience
