As an SDR at Awign Enterprises, you'll play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.   • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, databases, and other online resources.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the quality and potential of leads based on specific criteria, such as company size, industry, and budget.
  • Building Relationships: Develop rapport with potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
  • Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Compensation Details: 3.5 - 4.2 LPA
