Technical Project Manager – Java & Microservices Location: Chennai Experience: 10-15 years Employment Type: Full Time About the Role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 10-15 years of experience in Java, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution , collaborate with cross-functional teams , and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities ✔ Project Management & Delivery

• Lead and manage the design, development, and deployment of Java & Microservices-based applications.
• Ensure timely project execution while adhering to agile methodologies .
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to mitigate project delays.

✔ Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions in cloud environments.
• Drive code reviews, best practices, and system optimizations .

✔ Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to align business objectives.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders for project updates.
• Ensure smooth integration of microservices within the existing technology ecosystem.

✔ Process & Agile Implementation

• Implement Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks for software development.
• Track progress using JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools .
• Continuously improve processes for better efficiency and scalability .

Required Skills & Qualifications ✔ 10-15 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture . ✔ Expertise in RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . ✔ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . ✔ Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. ✔ Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation frameworks . ✔ Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. ✔ Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business impact. Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) . ✔ Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems . ✔ Certifications in PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile are a plus.
