Our mission is to 'solve money for the masses' by empowering investors and traders with cutting-edge, AI-powered trading algorithms Position: Customer Support Executive Night shifts (rotational ) Experience: 1+ years Location- Jaipur-Remote Profile Description : Dynamic Customer Support Executive with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving customer queries effectively. Experienced in handling diverse client needs via various communication channels. Dedicated to continuous learning and contributing positively to team goals, ideal for both seasoned professionals and freshers looking to build a career in customer support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via Telegram, emails, and phone calls.
  • You will be required to work on weekends, with one weekday off based on business requirements and workflow.
  • You must be available to cover for team members in case of leave.
  • In a 24-hour process, you will be expected to fill gaps whenever required.
  • Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing their issues and concerns related to gamingarcade.io and untrade.io.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Required skills :
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and platforms
