Female Regional Reward Partner - Opportunity to Lead Compensation Strategy in Europe We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Reward Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of reward programs across our European region. Key Responsibilities:
- HRBP Advisor : Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners on all compensation-related matters, including position evaluations, spot awards, allowances, benefits, and total compensation.
- Compensation Expertise : Serve as the regional expert, advising and challenging stakeholders on market trends, compliance, costs, and risks related to compensation.
- Reward Cycle Management : Lead the annual reward cycle, from updating benchmarks and managing benefit renewals to overseeing budgets, merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Global Program Implementation : Ensure alignment of global reward programs with local business needs, legislation, and market best practices.
- Data Auditing & Reporting : Focus on compensation data accuracy, reporting on areas like spot awards, promotions, and salary positioning.
- Strategic Development : Contribute to the development of the compensation and benefits strategy.
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Reward specialist, ideally in an international company across the European region.
- Expertise in compensation processes and a strong understanding of compensation survey data sources and methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- High analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong compliance to process and policy with a focus on quality.
- Financial understanding and interest.
- Advanced Excel and HR system proficiency (SuccessFactors, SAP).
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
