Job Description
Mand Empires is a dynamic media and marketing, real estate and construction company in Bahria Town Karachi, seeking a young, talented and motivated social media manager to manage our company's social media and WhatsApp accounts. As our Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and services, reaching new audiences, and building meaningful connections with our customers. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms to increase engagement, followers, and customer loyalty.
- Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand messaging and values.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations for improving our marketing efforts.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and events, including email marketing, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams, like IT, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp and Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Job Specification
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience and proficiency in social media marketing, including creating content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp and other communication tools.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Interest in the construction industry and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to commute to the office on their own.
