Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products and services to meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Gather feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
