Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to mortgage professionals in Canada, setting up qualified appointments, and working closely with our closing team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls using our advanced predictive dialer system
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments and conversions
- Handle initial objections and engage in meaningful business conversations
- Follow up with prospects via email and phone calls
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and activity metrics.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, preferably with North American clients
- Strong conversational skills with ability to:
- Navigate beyond script naturally
- Handle unexpected questions confidently
- Engage in meaningful business discussions
- Think on feet and adapt to different scenarios
- Convert cold calls into organic conversations
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
- Experience with predictive dialer systems
- Strong experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Comfortable with working in Canadian time zones
- Experience in consultative selling approach
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

- Experience in financial services or SaaS industry
