The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions that align with our products/services. Success in this role will require strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a results-oriented mindset. Our team works remotely, using cutting-edge tools and technologies to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to mortgage professionals in Canada, setting up qualified appointments, and working closely with our closing team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls using our advanced predictive dialer system
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Achieve monthly targets for appointments and conversions
  • Handle initial objections and engage in meaningful business conversations
  • Follow up with prospects via email and phone calls
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline and activity metrics.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, preferably with North American clients
  • Strong conversational skills with ability to:
  • Navigate beyond script naturally
  • Handle unexpected questions confidently
  • Engage in meaningful business discussions
  • Think on feet and adapt to different scenarios
  • Convert cold calls into organic conversations
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
  • Experience with predictive dialer systems
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Comfortable with working in Canadian time zones
  • Experience in consultative selling approach
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
