Job Description: The Business Development Executive will manage the existing customer's renewal of software subscriptions, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with resellers to ensure timely renewals. The role requires CRM updates, report generation, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize customer retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end software renewals for existing clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.
  • Coordinate with resellers to make sure they renew and resolve any issues.
  • Update CRM with renewal details, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Generate regular reports on renewals, upsells, and client feedback for management review.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize renewal processes.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts and pricing to meet revenue targets and customer needs.
