We’re looking for a passionate and versatile medical professional to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities : Prescription Generation :
- Provide accurate and timely prescriptions for customers via teleconsultation and in-clinic consultations.
- Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in prescription practices.
- Conduct virtual consultations, diagnose conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide exceptional patient care through empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative and engaging medical content for blogs, articles, social media, and videos.
- Participate in webinars, live sessions, or media interviews as a medical expert to promote healthcare awareness and services.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in healthcare, particularly in e-pharmacy and telemedicine.
- Contribute ideas to enhance our telemedicine and e-pharmacy offerings.
- Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of medical expertise into business processes.
- Train and support other staff members to maintain quality healthcare standards.
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree (valid MCI registration is mandatory).
- Prior experience or interest in working in e-pharmacy/telemedicine is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients.
- Passion for content creation—writing, video creation, or participating in media campaigns is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to telemedicine platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional regional languages are a bonus).
