Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer (Cyberark)

Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management solutions using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory (AD). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our organization's identity and access management infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory (AD).
• Configure and manage Azure AD, including user and group management, authentication and authorization, and conditional access policies.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune, including device management, mobile device management, and application management.
• Configure and manage Active Directory (AD), including user and group management, authentication and authorization, and group policy management.
• Implement and manage SAML-based identity federation, including single sign-on (SSO) and single logout (SLO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop IAM solutions that meet those needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of IAM solutions to ensure high-quality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM features, releases, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including IAM development guides, technical notes, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of IAM solutions in production environments.

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management solutions using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory (AD).
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including Azure AD Premium, Azure AD B2B, and Azure AD B2C.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management, mobile device management, and application management.
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), including user and group management, authentication and authorization, and group policy management.
• Strong understanding of SAML-based identity federation, including single sign-on (SSO) and single logout (SLO).
• Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps tools, including Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, including neural networks and deep learning.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and threat modeling.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
