Core Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis: Analyzing website and user data to identify bottlenecks or obstacles in the user experience that could be preventing conversions. 2. A/B Testing: Conducting A/B or multivariate tests to compare different versions of web pages, forms, or marketing campaigns to determine which ones perform best. 3. User Behavior Analysis: Using tools like heatmaps, user session recordings, and analytics to understand how users interact with the site, where they drop off, and what could be improved. 4. UX/UI Optimization: Collaborating with design and UX teams to improve the website's layout, navigation, and overall user experience to make it easier for visitors to convert. 5. Landing Page Optimization: Ensuring that landing pages are optimized for clarity, relevance, and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs). 6. Personalization: Implementing personalized experiences on the site based on user behavior, location, or other factors to increase engagement and conversions. 7. Reporting and Metrics: Regularly reporting on the results of optimization efforts, tracking key metrics like conversion rates, bounce rates, average session duration, and more. 8. Collaboration: Working with various teams such as marketing, product, and content to align conversion strategies with broader business objectives. Knowledge and skill set

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion-related industry, with a strong focus on D2C models.
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online customer behavior.
