• Function as “Operations Manager” for all operational and finance matters
• Manage third-party accountants, closing of monthly reports, including cryptocurrency transactions.
• Manage third-party payroll for the team.
• Manage third-party vendor conversations
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee spend management, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage expense reporting processes and reimbursements.
• Develop and manage onboarding and deboarding procedures for team members.
• Help the team with any administrative work required.

• Must have worked in a similar role for atleast 3 year.
• Extreme self-motivation to get things done.
• Startup experience. You must have worked in a company with <50 team members recently, and love the startup culture and grind.
