Summary of Job :- The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process. The role involves providing information about AID’s programs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and personalized admission experience. This position demands a dynamic, result-oriented individual with a passion for communication and education. Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide detailed information about AID’s programs, curriculum, faculty, and facilities to prospective students and their families.
  • Counsel students regarding career opportunities in mass communication and media industries, aligning their goals with AID’s programs.
  • Respond promptly to admission inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Assist prospective students with the application and admission process, including document verification, eligibility criteria, and fee payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment data in the admission system.
  • Organize and participate in admission-related events such as open houses, webinars, campus tours, and career fairs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AID’s programs through social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to drive awareness about AID.
  • Represent AID at education fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance its visibility.
  • Generate regular reports on admission trends, targets, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with applicants to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students.
Job Knowledge (Prerequisites)
  • Proven track record of building, developing and managing strong sales and marketing teams in the education domain.
  • Attains analytical mind towards sales business in B2B, B2C
  • Expertise in driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients, and developing new streams of income.
  • Ability to create accurate sales forecasts, budget planning, and performance monitoring to ensure targets are met.
Skill Sets Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
  • Ability to handle student queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data management for admissions tracking.
  • Prior experience in the design or creative education sector is an advantage.
Education & Experience Required:
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student counseling/admissions in a reputed educational institution.
