Our client, a rapidly growing startup in the digital space is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team. As they expand their offerings, they are looking for an experienced designer who can shape intuitive and engaging user experiences from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the design and UX strategy for an innovative digital product. The ideal candidate will drive the creation of a scalable design language, delivering a cohesive and engaging experience across all platforms. • Lead the UX/UI strategy, ensuring consistency and engagement across products.
• Develop and evolve a scalable design system aligned with brand identity.
• Create high-quality UI designs that optimize usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements and improve user flows.
• Use data and analytics to guide design decisions and iterate on the product.
• Advocate for the user, ensuring their needs are prioritized in design discussions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in consumer apps, fintech, loyalty programs, SaaS, or related fields.
• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX research, UI design, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and analytics-driven design.
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Ability to develop and maintain a scalable design system.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment with rapid iterations.
• Familiarity with gamification principles and behavioral psychology is a plus.
