Our client is an Irish owned residential developer who is hiring for the commercial team due to the commencement of a new project in the Dublin 15 area. Why Apply for this Role- Salary €100k plus package
- New 3 year project
- Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
- Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
- Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
