1. Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems (HACCP & TACCP).
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3. Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain quality records.
4. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
5. Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and track performance.
6. Lead certification efforts (BRC, Origin Green, Global Gap).
7. Manage supplier quality and conduct assessments.
8. Address customer complaints and enhance satisfaction.
9. Train staff in quality procedures and food safety culture.
10. Monitor performance using KPIs and report to senior management.
11. Oversee risk management, pest control, and product recall procedures.

1. Proven experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
2. Strong knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, and regulatory compliance.
3. Experience with BRC, Origin Green, and Global Gap certifications.
4. Analytical problem-solving skills and quality control expertise.
5. Leadership, communication, and training capabilities.
6. Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis.
