Sales Executive Location: Dubai Compensation: Attractive Salary + Commission The candidate will oversee sales and high-end business development in the Middle East, focusing on premium jewellery and high-value timepieces. The Brand Ambassador will contribute to the sales objectives of high-end businesses through their client portfolio and networking. The primary goal is to work with the team to achieve targets and expand high-end business sales within the retail sales teams.

Client Relationship Development and Profile Management:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing high-end client action plans to meet business objectives.
  2. Retain VIP clients by providing a great client experience.
  3. Reactivate inactive customers.
  4. Identify and improve new potential clientele.
  5. Identify recruitment opportunities and assist retail teams in searching for new High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
  6. Identify existing collectors, VIPs, and royal family members, then recommend action plans for future development.
  7. Establish third-party partnerships and network at HNWI events such as auctions, business aviation, art fairs, and watch exhibitions.

Client Engagement and Operations:

  1. Improve the showroom experience, gather feedback, and introduce new products and services.
  2. Prepare agendas, specific plans, and other customized elements for local and international events, assuring client satisfaction and financial success.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver product presentations and submissions to clients.
  4. Assist with client appointments and function as a sales consultant to discover customer needs, expand product choices, close sales, and follow up on presentations. Provide regular feedback to management on showroom needs, initiatives, stock alerts, or specific requests.

Criteria:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury, art, hospitality, jewelry, or fashion-related industries.
  2. Must be able to run the showroom independently using initiatives as required/discussed.
  3. Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
  4. Eye for detail and hunger to learn and grow.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and good PR in the local and GCC market.
  6. Outgoing and approachable with experience in dealing with all levels of customers (from walk-in trade to VIPs).
  7. Preferably between the ages of 25 to 40 years.
  8. UAE residents will be preferred.
  9. Female candidates only.
  10. Education: University Graduate/Diploma holder & above from a recognized University/Institute.
