Part-Time Orthopedic Doctor (2 Days per Week - Fujairah)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Doctor to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care, working closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists to diagnose, treat, and prevent orthopedic conditions. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Diagnosis
- Examine patients, take detailed medical histories, and address concerns.
- Diagnose and treat injuries, illnesses, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Conduct and interpret X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans, and lab tests.
- Explain diagnostic results to patients and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Develop non-surgical treatment plans, including physiotherapy, medications, bracing, and injections (PRP, cortisone, etc.).
- Offer pain management solutions, including spinal injections and regenerative medicine.
- Treat sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, spine conditions, and joint disorders.
- Prescribe medications, therapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, injury prevention, and lifestyle changes.
- Guide patients through post-treatment recovery and rehabilitation programs.
- Work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Provide consultations for other healthcare professionals regarding orthopedic concerns.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (MOH/DHA/DOH).
- Complete necessary medical documentation and reports for insurance claims.
- Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic medicine, regenerative therapies, and surgical innovations.
- Participate in clinical research, medical trials, and continuing medical education (CME).
- Medical Degree (MD) in Orthopedics from a recognized institution.
- Valid MOH or DHA license (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in orthopedics, preferably in rehabilitation, pain management, or chiropractic settings.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Experience in insurance workflow and medical documentation.
- Availability to work 1-2 days per week.
