We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the last 12 months) to join our Food and Beverage team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences. Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here. The Opportunity You will play an active role in our continued success by providing a high level of project management support to the F&B leadership team and managing the schedule and administrative requirements of the F&B team to a high standard. As the Hilton F&B Strategy Development intern, your activities will include:
- Supporting the F&B leadership team with project management.
- Acting as the F&B Lead on our ESG Corporate Initiatives (Dubai Office).
- Producing professional presentations for the F&B leadership senior team.
- Supporting our Senior Directors to Project Manager complex initiatives and Playbook creation.
- Managing F&B meetings, schedule, and agenda to maximise the attendance and quality of discussions with appropriate action minutes taken and following up to ensure action.

- You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the last 12 months.
- You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 14th July 2025.
- Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area.

- We are looking for a candidate who is living in the UAE and eligible to work full time.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Have a passion for the Food & Drink industry.
- Good knowledge of using Social Media.
- Have a positive and dynamic character.
- Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
- Effective planning & project management skills and capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
