Immediate Hire Fayrooz Cafe is an exciting new concept which just opened its doors in Downtown of New Sharjah “Aljada”. Being at the center of this buzzing hub, Fayrooz stands out with its unique and bold presence and cozy setting. We are dedicated to offering our guests a memorable dining experience featuring delicious food, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Cafe Supervisor. The Cafe Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and communicating with other supervisors and managers. Qualifications
- Supervisory skills in an food and beverage setting
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
