Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other aspects of human resources functions to support the company's workforce. Qualifications

HR Management and HR Operations skills
Employee Relations expertise
Knowledge of HR Policies
Experience in Human Resources (HR)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
