Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve client referral targets by building a pipeline of prospective clients who are interested in products and services offered by the company;
- Manage clients’ relationships with aims to achieve more trading activities with headquarters;
- Achieve revenue targets set for product solutions available through the company’s product capabilities;
- Respond and address swiftly to client inquiries related to the functionalities of the Extramile web portal and APP;
- Coordinate client account opening and KYC procedures in a professional manner;
- First-point-of-contact person in the Dubai office to the local authority and UAE clients;
- Strictly adhere to internal policy procedures and relevant regulations;
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 8+ years of working experience in the financial industry, preferably a structured product salesperson covering private banks, brokerage firms, EAMs, and other licensed corporations in an investment bank or a structured product platform in the UAE;
- Less experienced but successfully hired candidates will be offered as Senior Marketing Specialist role;
- Strong global market experience with practical knowledge of various structured product payoffs;
- Strong network of private banks, brokerages, EAMs contacts in all member states of the UAE;
- Client-centric, self-starter, strong business acumen, drive-to-success, attention-to-detail, and can-do attitude;
- Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented culture;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; other local language is a plus;
- Good team player with the ability to work efficiently in an independent manner.
