???? We're Hiring: Legal Counsel - Arabic speaker Based in Dubai, UAE. Our client in Dubai is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice, manage data protection, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory compliance, contracts, and legislation.
- Review Arabic and English translations of legal documents.
- Support data protection initiatives and compliance assessments.
- Draft contracts, publications, and materials.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes for senior management.
- LL.B. or equivalent with a current practicing certificate.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with strong drafting skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Financial services knowledge is a plus.
