Job Description Experience in full set of accounts. Working hours: 5.5 days – Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday (WFH) 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. GL Function: Close monthly accounts for entity books. Update monthly finance data in the HQ finance system. Prepare monthly account schedules and HQ reports. File quarterly GST returns. Conduct monthly stocktaking and cycle counts. Prepare cash flow/monthly bank reconciliation, ensuring closure of monthly accounts. Provide assistance with audits, tax matters, HQ reporting, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit. Handle corporate tax filings and address tax inquiries. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management. AR Function: Issue invoices through the HQ system or in-house system. Update receipts for customer payments. Generate a weekly aging report for debtors and follow up on overdue accounts. AP Function: Manage accounts payable through the HQ system. Create payment instructions on the bank website for approval. Print out bank payment advice. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounting, handling a full set of accounts. Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel and Word. Demonstrates a positive attitude, attention to detail, and efficiency in work. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet job objectives and deadlines. Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with the HQ team.
