About the Role As a Manufacturing Biotech Associate, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality drug substances using the latest single-use and automated technologies. Your day-to-day will include:
- Executing manufacturing processes such as cell culturing, filtration, and purification.
- Setting up single-use equipment and ensuring GMP and EHS compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma principles and other optimization strategies.
- Experience: 3–4 years in upstream/downstream processing within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and a proven track record of success in a high-performance setting.
- Mindset: A collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work across teams to drive results.
