Job Title : Test Analyst Location : Dublin, Ireland Contract Duration : 6-Month Initial Contract Role Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join their dynamic team on a 6-month initial contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in testing key financial applications and mortgage-related processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in QA testing, particularly in financial services or regulated environments. Key Responsibilities :- Conduct comprehensive testing of financial applications, including mortgage processes, payment systems, and trading platforms.
- Develop and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the required business and technical specifications.
- Document defects and track progress to resolution.
- Provide clear and concise communication on testing results and issues.
- Support testing efforts using .NET technologies and Azure DevOps.
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in QA testing within financial services or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Mortgage Processes : Proven experience working with mortgage-related processes and procedures.
- Financial Applications : Strong background in testing financial applications such as banking software, payment systems, or trading platforms.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of .NET technologies and experience with Azure DevOps for test management and execution.
- Testing Experience : Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar testing tools.
- Knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements within financial services.
