Join us as a Lifestyle Specialist You will support the Senior Lifestyle Buying Manager with the development of new and existing categories of products to support Three’s Connected Life strategy. There are a wide selection of categories including Music, Home & Entertainment. Responsible for supporting category strategy, new product introduction, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement and supporting the Devices Team. As part of a team, you will coordinate a range of activities to support products for sale across the range of Three’s channels. The Lifestyle Commercial Specialist must have experience in understanding consumer needs, knowledge of latest trends, have a strong commercial mindset, be analytical oriented, possess good commercial knowledge and excellent communication skills. Support the development of the Lifestyle range strategy Support the set up of new products on our internal systems Execute product desk research and identification, and report on relevant trends Implement and coordinate effective new product introduction processes, including:
- New supplier set-up & supplier relationship management
- Sales analysis
- Set-up of products on the relevant systems
- Sourcing and management of samples
- Support development of new category of products in line with Three’s strategy by utilising researched market insights and trends.
- Analyse data and insights on performance to maximise range performance.
- Support development of non-mobile product lifecycles.
- Build productive relationships with required network of vendors to support our targets on lifestyle range support.
- Report on performance of product categories to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Go To Market team for key seasonal events and support with products.
- Work closely with Supply Chain team on product inventory efficiencies.
- Support the commercial devices team & the Segment Manager with vendor management and pricing process.
- Previous working experience as a Buyers Assistant or Buyers Administration or Category Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of Sourcing, Purchasing and New Product Introduction.
- Analytical and critical thinker in nature.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Expertise in mobile/technology categories.
- BA in Business, Fashion, Marketing or similar field.
- Project Management skills.
- e-Commerce and Retail background.
